Currently I am in the middle of a series of paintings depicting downtown Little Rock. Most of the works are based upon photographs I take of the city. Little Rock serves as a convenient subject because of the variety of architecture covering the history of modern life in Arkansas. The street, power poles, wires and satellite dishes show parts of the layer of technology that covers this history. The light of the seasons also is a subject of some of these works.
